Claes is responsible for the digital transformation of SJ AB, Sweden’s leading rail operator, with the goal to become Sweden’s most digital company. Taking a bottom up approach that involves all employees and by using design thinking, SJ has developed a new fresh approach to digital transformation.
Claes is also the creator of SJ Labs – SJs innovation center for rapid co-creation of new products and services together with customers. Claes passion for customer centricity, new technology and innovation has put SJ on the map as a digital leader. For example; chip implants for train tickets and using AR to guide customers at train stations.
Previous responsibilities at SJ includes Pricing, CRM, and Strategic Partnerships.
Claes Lindholtz holds a degree in Global Management from INSEAD and before joining SJ he worked as CEO of a management consultancy firm.
