I am a highly self-motivated individual, with a personal goal to exceed my objectives. I seek to remove waste from working practices, enabling work to be efficient and concise. Any deadlines set are met, challenging where these may not be realistic. I am an approachable person who is keen to mentor and coach others. I’m able to see things from a different perspective, which allows me to bring new ideas to the table. People and team management come naturally, having managed teams of up to fifteen people throughout my career. I work closely with company stakeholders at senior levels and at the various levels throughout, as well as managing and engaging with external suppliers and consultants, adjusting my communications to target the correct audience.
I have been promoted and approached a number of times for new roles, embracing change and learning new skills required to ensure the role is a success.
